Are you asking your EEs to return to office (RTO)? If so, what is the eligibility criteria for RTO? If so, how many days per week? Which specific days? If so, are you planning to do anything special to entice EEs to RTO?

We have a work from home principle "own the way you work" and employees can decide the days they would like to work from office. Having said that, the principle also recommends that we make use of the office to work collaboratively. Typically, most employees end up working one to three days a week from office. In most cases the manager and team members work out the best way to deliver on their KPIs.
We continue to operate in a flexible work environment where some of our associates are fully remote and the majority are hybrid employees who work both from home and an in-office setting. Specific business areas are defining their in-office requirements based on their needs. The thinking is that it's more than just where we work; it includes how we work and the skills and development our employees need to be their best. We've maintained what we've deemed a "learn and adapt" environment to best meet the needs of our customers and employees.
