What is your current relocation policy and have you looked at minimizing/reducing the benefit now that we are post COVID?

We are now encouraging talent to work from home, we've reduced costs on Relocations and transferred them to WFH Allowances.
Relocation is evaluated on case to case basis now, however they would be disallowed from other allowances.

Our current relocation policy provides support if we are relocationing employee and pay housing allowance and support with tax returns.No plans to review the current policy

We have retained our previous relocation benefit policy even post covid. Ofcourse Work from Home doesn't count for any relocation benefit.
