Certainly not, no one can guarantee a 100% of anything nowadays, but i would say 90% of SPAM would be blocked.

Not to sound pessimistic or anything but, nothing "out of the box" can even come close to 100%. I would say around 70-75% and the reason is, simply put, spammers are very creative and would always find new ways to bypass the traditional filters. By tweaking, conditioning, and updating, I think you may get an extra 10-12%.
