I agree
From my perspective, technology evolved very rapidly in the past 10 years, and talents can no longer keep up with demand, during the past few years, I noticed the competence level of candidates dropping, and it's getting worse, it varies by country of course, but overall, hiring a talent that is skilled is becoming more difficult, and retaining a good talent is equally difficult, and to be fair, employers expectations of candidates are rising as well.
