We have allowed sabbaticals for upto 2 years. These are ofcourse leave without pay.

Our parent company has a sabbatical program where employees are eligible for 1 month after 5 years of continuous service. It has to be approved by the Manager and ELT member. This is a paid leave. As you can imagine it is a heavily used benefit.
