Does anyone have referrals or positive experiences to share regarding completing a Network Architecture assessment? The scope is internal IT / OT networks, roughly 40 locations including manufacturing plants, administrative offices.  Would prefer that this work not be done by a network vendor, i.e. Cisco.

What region/territory are you in, and would you be open to working with a New Zealand based company?

Director in Manufacturing, 1,001 - 5,000 employees
We have uses ISG, information Services Group. If the value is high enough we have also used Capgemini but it needs to be a large engagement typically to get them interested. I have contacts for ISG. I’d need to check who I’d point you to at Capgemini

Hi Chirs, if you could share a contact person at ISG, that would be great.

Well it appears the "Connect Function" doesn't work at the moment.
So I will share my contact for ISG publicly.   Reach out to Mike Felbein email -Michael.Felbein@isg-one.com

Whomever asked the question, connect to me on "Connect" - and I can PM you a Direct email contact address for ISG.  It's free to start the discussion with them, you only pay for actual contracted services depending on the extent you need them.  We used them at Honeywell

Without a doubt - Technical Debt! It's a ball and chain that creates an ever increasing drag on any organization, stifles innovation, and prevents transformation.
