Director of IT in Software, 201 - 500 employees
I see no immediate change. We have offices across North America, so we can source talent from various locations. I prefer local talent vs remote overseas. The main reason is being in the same time zone and having the same work ethic. However, that might change in the future.
Chief Executive Officer in Software, 51 - 200 employees
No change.
Chief Executive Officer in Services (non-Government), 51 - 200 employees
It's going to improve talent acquisition quality and reduce costs. Like when a European company hires a Middle Eastern to work remotely, his salary is based on the average of his country's, and they already do this remotely to save on the high cost of software developers, especially in Europe, the US, CA, and the UK. They are usually more talented than the ones who take double their salaries.

The biggest source is a select list of emails I have signed up for. Beyond that I browse random YouTube videos, read at least one PM related book every six months and of course this community :-)
