Due to a pandemic software engineering had to move faster to e-commerce and delivery solutions that almost all the industry of service hadn't had yet giving the opportunity yo open a new way to make business

Immediately after pandemic, engineering had a boom as every company was moving online from offline.
However now in 2023, the situation is different. Unrealistic projections, overhiring and inflated salaries combined with global economic conditions is causing issues.

The CJEU issued a ruling today, saying Facebook (now Meta) has based its advertising model in illegal ways under the GDPR.  The deeper issue, according to Max Schrems of NOYB.EU, is that this requires informed opt-in for profile-based advertising.  If that early interpretation is correct, what will this do to Microsoft (Xandr), Amazon, Google, and the IAB? https://noyb.eu/en/cjeu-declares-metafacebooks-gdpr-approach-largely-illegal
