We use Slack & Zoom as methods of communication. We have our daily SCRUM meetings at 09:00 & we kept records of everything that has been done so far. In the weekly meeting we have one of the team talk briefly about a book the rest of the team must acquire, read & give feedback the following weekly meeting ( This book is related to personal improvement, we have discovered awesome reading with this exercise ). We have a daily 'good morning' call for 15 minutes to help with team engagement and relationship building, and it gives a forum for 'water cooler' talk. We also build time in during the week for more light-hearted activities and games that help keep the team connected.Content you might like
