It's a shift in attention to where we're going, so it's like we can both upsell and net new business. It's shifting the focus more on creating a plan to expand and be successful with your existing book of business. You want to make sure you’re retaining and growing the existing base while we're prospecting. Also, understand that the deals that you do have are going to take longer. So prospecting more because the time value of those deals is the time that you think that those deals are getting closed in at a month, two months or however long it is, depending on how big the deal is.
