Productivity has reduced due to constant need for communication by clients who were earlier not used to WFH & now feel the need to conduct sometimes unnecessary virtual meetings in order to feel busy & productive.

Frankly. I think it has increased. Staying home means that there is less things to think about. Had to order some extra stuff for home office but overall it's great
