Use Google tools for all your employees. Don’t build out an expensive Microsoft tool suite. If you are successful in the future you can consider moving to Microsoft when you are large enough to negotiate the price. Keep the price of the tools you need to run your business as low as possible. You need any cash flow available to be focused on your business not enriching Microsoft

Yes, I had also started my Startup using Google suite and now migrated to Microsoft tools.

I was going to say M365 - collaboration to security and everything in between.

User low Ops Servicer like Heroku, This will enable you to concentrate on Building your product/service rather than worrying on Infra issues.

Invest in SaaS tools. Try to get in month to month plans so you can scale up/down and cancel subscription when/if you don’t need it. Choose OPEX vs CAPEX.
Find alternative coat effective solutions so the funds last longer. For example I love AWS S3 and Office 365 but Wasabi and GSuite might be more cost effective.

One product or Service without really knowing what the start-up is into?

It's G-Suite. Not matter what the business is the definite needs are – Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, and Storage.

Without a doubt - Technical Debt! It's a ball and chain that creates an ever increasing drag on any organization, stifles innovation, and prevents transformation.

Personally hope it shrinks. Maybe I am old generation thinker, but remote work increases the effort for the test of the team and the manager
