Most large enterprises buy smaller upcoming companies to add their primary applications and capabilities to their portfolios, or ro stop the competition. The healthcare space has several value-based analytic solutions that help drive improved CMS scores. These solutions will be consolidated under large healthcare companies that are driving change from fee for service.Director of IT in Transportation, 5,001 - 10,000 employees
We see this happen as start ups and smaller companies development pose a threat to established firms they are snapped up and absorbed before they can flower into competition as the biggest firms have done from Amazon in retail, Google in search, Oracle in database but this slows or stops innovation when the emerging firms are flatten too early. We will see what the US government and European Market does to assist and protect the start ups of tomorrow.CTO in Software, 11 - 50 employees
One field I believe this will happen is to no code/low code tools. Google is retiring it's offer on GSuite, but it was not as good as some other tools. I believe a native low code tool for AWS, Azure and Google Cloud would be a enabler to increase their sales on PaaS and VMs.Content you might like
