We do not currently use generative AI but hope to in the future, and our major use case is to generate trending social media material and personalized marketing content based on data analysis.

Our main use currently is for content generation (mainly more of a SEO dedicated content, less technical content) at scale for project that are non current top priority (so no direct involvement of a PMM, tech writer, etc.). We do make sure a tech guy verifies it before publishing, but it saves us a lot of work in terms of research, drafting, etc.

Right now it’s copy changes and enhancements for marketing communications briefs. We’ve also deployed it for staff to get a better understanding of the concepts for complex products in our L&D suite.
Director of Marketing in Education, 201 - 500 employees
We have started to use it a little for generating email headins and some content.

We use to shorten time to draft and then customize the content to be company and voice specific. Also use to summarize bullets to paragraphs to help with web content creation starters
