Apollo 11.  Just came out, highly recommend it for many reasons... it covers the American spirit of ingenuity, demonstrates our ability to come together for a goal, shows perseverance in the face of danger and uncertainty, and memorializes all of the hard=working people involved in the effort.  My small children are obsessed and inspired and constanly want to play out what they saw.
