Can someone share or know where I can find benchmarking data for actuary and/or OCIO fees for pension, 401K, and retiree healthcare plans?

I have used CEM Benchmarking and found them great. Mercers actuarial consulting services can assist with this too. Re fees for Outsourced Chief Investment offer (OCIO) fees would recommend you check the OCIO monitor as they can assist with the fees

If you are looking for a smaller player in the field, check out First Actuarial Consulting Team (FACT). I've been using their actuarial services for the Retirement Savings Plans. I use Mercer for the benefit plans, they are good as well but bigger is not always better, don't always get the same level of attention.

I use Promotions / Average Headcount. We do not have clearly defined policies for determining when someone is eligible for a promotion, making the second metric difficult/impossible to calculate.
