There few things that come to mind1. Avoid calling/scheduling in odd times. Especially during lunch time. I have personally seen so many occasions when this happens and it kind of creates a negative impression.
2. A frequent online fun activities with entire team, at least once per month or so including family members. This creates a rapo as well as feeling connected.
3. Streamline team timings so that everyone can work at same times.
