One Year for us.

Usually this is a year I haven’t seen less than that. I have seen more though but the standard I’m use to is a year.

In one of the markets where I worked it was 1 year of tenure in the organization. I see this as a general practice.
Head of Strategic Projects, People in Finance (non-banking), 201 - 500 employees
VP of HR in Miscellaneous, 1,001 - 5,000 employees
For full time employees, the waiting period is 6-months. For part time, waiting period is a year.
