Do you have any recommendations for how to build a strong relationship with finance to better manage the logistics financials?
Would anyone have familiarity with or know of a TMS solution that allows for rating comparisons to be done between UPS and FedEx CWT rates to LTL rates?
The TMS provider that we have today is saying that comparing UPS and FedEx CWT rates to LTL rates is not something that is industry standard and I find that difficult to accept.
