We built a full agent cockpit that is tied to our legacy core banking.  As we plan to replace the old core by a new one, it will impact the call center as well. What solutions are currently implemented in your call center, particularly regarding the integration with your legacy core banking system, CRM, and call center software? As you plan to transition to a new core banking system, what have you learned from this process, and what aspects have been effective or ineffective in managing this change?

In your organization, how do you manage MIPS consumption? I would be interested to learn more specifically about the way you charge the line of business for their MIPS consumption. Do you blend FTE, fixed costs with the actual costs of MIPS? 

What sorts of failsafe processes/controls, etc, do you rely on to make sure terminated or suspended employees’ access credentials are revoked immediately? Does your org generally rely on direct communications from HR or do you have an HRM or similar system to automate this?
