For as many roles as possible I hope they will be work from anywhere / best for people. This means a lot of thinking about employee experience and how to drive both customer and employee/manager connection & intimacy to support growth. All of distributed work has shown that we can accommodate what people need to thrive. It’s important to build on that, and I knew it will take time and effort.

I’m open to it but our company is 100% against it. I think that is a mistake. People we interview find out we require 100% in office they decline to proceed with any further interviews

It depends on the role, sometimes even on a team. For example, we don't really want to have a permanently remote manager when everyone else on the team works from the office.
