Do you have an example of one of your more difficult questions? The advice here on Pulse is pretty good, but "text" isn't the best way to handle difficult topics.  Interactive discussion is needed, and potentially more research, depending on complexity.    In my experience in mentoring, it takes some time to develop a level of trust, and alignment so you feel comfortable accepting and evaluating any advice.
