Vaccination privacy and access issues must be addressed, but the health, safety and productivity of an office environment will mandate all staff and contractors on premises be vaccinated. Employees who choose not to be vaccinated will need to coordinate with their teams on extending a remote work arrangement, as with many staff who will choose to consistently work from home for other valid reasons.

Mandates are done by governments not by corporations or mom and pop shops.

In countries where vaccines are readily available, yes. By the time this question was asked, companies are already behind. Set a date, get it done.

Mandating isn't the best approach as it can create some bigger issues, especially in those countries where employment law may make it difficult (or illegal). A better approach might be to set a policy that says employees can't work in the office after x date if they haven't been vaccinated.

Mandates are done by the government not just by the corporation itself and some shops.

It’s missing a choice “it depends” :-) This is one of those questions that doesn’t have a black and white answer. Depending on context any of us could have easily said yes or no. I’d personally prefer my workers be vaccinated but also want to respect the right to choose. Again, it depends.
