Hello All, I am taking a poll on remote capabilities as it relates to Companies and engineers. Companies have transformed the way they do business on an international scale. Remote working is becoming a facet of how a lot of companies utilize and integrate their workforce. There are a number of benefits to operating a so-called “remote workforce.” It gives the worker more flexibility over where they work, improves work-life balance, reduces the carbon footprint (less travel), and saves money — extremely less overhead for the company. But there is another reason why businesses are embracing remote working; It gives them access to a much wider engineering talent pool. This is a two-part question. Would you initiate a remote engineering workforce for your company? Would you hire a company that specializes in establishing remote engineering workforce hubs for recruitment and handle everything remote teams need to do their best work to include supplying office space, total hr onboarding, complete legal assistance in regards to the remote area and community involvement for your company?
