Have you or your organization taken any steps to help those affected by the Russian invasion of Ukraine? Share any resources you think could be useful.

Although my current company does not do business in Ukraine, one of the persons we have spoken with in the past, was killed due to the Russian invasion, along with her children.   What a travesty and a senseless loss of human life and suffering this invasion is resulting in. My thoughts, prayers, and support go out to the people in Ukraine.

We made a public statement suspending all operations in Russia and Belarus, and supporting Ukraine and the bravery of Ukranian people. We gave every employee a monetary amount that they can donate to a humanitarian cause of their choosing. Several causes support the Ukrainian people and efforts to help them. We created funds for Ukraine relief where employees can donate to support many organizations that are supporting the effort.

My organisation does not do any business in Ukraine or Russia.  As for helping those affected, we leave it to individuals to help however they can.  In situations like this, people sometimes feel they have to do something, but they may end up doing the wrong things.  I suspect when the opportunity arises, people will do what they can to help.  Refugees is not something new.  At present we still have refugees in other parts of the World who are homeless or stateless due to wars or famine.  I suspect this makes the news because it is happening in Europe.

We are not doing anything on an organizational level to help those affected. We will try to provide humanitarian aid when possible.

Different relocation scenarios and alternative seeking ways of payments is what we faced so far.
