How has your company approached internal communications about the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and how do you feel about those communications?

We speak of it open and freely. We all very conserved about people in Ukraine primarily, but also in Russia and Belarus. I don't work with Ukrainians directly but I have teams in Belarus. They all condemn the aggression and struggle with the consequences it causes. Many are looking to relocate. Our organization is supporting and helping them as much as we can, giving time and proposing alternatives and options for location and payments. After all, people is the backbone of the organization. I hope the situation will resolve peacefully in the nearest time.

Being the global (and multi-national) organisation, we have taken a sensitive approach to a) address the well-being of staff, b) offer support for counselling on need basis and c) share the regular and on-going communications
