How are you supporting your employees during Ramadan? Have you done anything specific?

We're introducing the following measures to support Muslim co-workers and colleagues during the holy month of Ramadan while providing some more insight, background, and appreciation to the non-Muslim folks around. Introductory session (voluntary participation) “introducing the concepts of Ramadan to non-Muslims” – includes some high-level insights on Islam to meaningfully complement the conversation Shorter working days during the month of Ramadan No serving of coffee, tea or other liquids to management or in meeting rooms during Ramadan Company wide communication requesting non-Muslim employees to refrain from eating and drinking in front of their Muslim colleagues for the duration of the holy month Company wide communication requesting non-Muslim colleagues and co-workers to not openly display or present their groceries while in the office For non-Muslim employees to be extra supportive and appreciative with their Muslim colleagues and co-workers in Ramadan Make an extra effort and beyond the usual discipline to avoid meetings during prayer times

In order to let our employees avail maximum benefits of the holy month of Ramadan 1. We have reduced the working hours 2. Working hours decided by taking consent of each employee 3. Celebrated a Sehri with employees 4. Will be breaking the fast with whole team

Since Ramadan period is well known in advance, it's important that TOP Management including myself as CIO to reduce load of work and not considering any GO-Live during the holy month of Ramadan.  1. Planning ahead of time work load and projects of the year.  2.During Ramadan, offering the option of Work from home shift wise 3.Being flexible, open mind and realistic on tasks given and expectation  4.Organizing at least 1 iftar and 1 Suhour for the team

Nothing specific, except reducing work hrs and taking them out for Iftaar.
