Does your organization have a digital work platform? Was the need for it driven top-down as a management strategy, or was it something that came up organically from the employees of the organization? Our digital work platform was strategic to help employees find what they need.  It has portal links to various HR, IT, Training, and Company information.  Example, you want to find out how to enroll in 401k, there's a Link for that.   Need to start the approval process to hire a new person, there's a link for that.  The strategy was to use standard processes and reduce the number of people touching paper, discussing private matters etc.   Drive efficiency and costs down.
