What’s one piece of product or service you’d recommend a startup invest in right away?

Use Google tools for all your employees. Don’t build out an expensive Microsoft tool suite. If you are successful in the future you can consider moving to Microsoft when you are large enough to negotiate the price. Keep the price of the tools you need to run your business as low as possible. You need any cash flow available to be focused on your business not enriching Microsoft

One product or Service without really knowing what the start-up is into? It's G-Suite. Not matter what the business is the definite needs are – Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, and Storage.

Invest in SaaS tools. Try to get in month to month plans so you can scale up/down and cancel subscription when/if you don’t need it. Choose OPEX vs CAPEX. Find alternative coat effective solutions so the funds last longer. For example I love AWS S3 and Office 365 but Wasabi and GSuite might be more cost effective.
