What kind of problems have you encountered with developers on either app or software development when outsourcing to India? What kind of difficulties have you encountered with either app or software developers in India? #outsourcing #developer #developers #app

I am getting a divorce and a large part it because I used an Indian development team.  My wife came down to my office hundreds of times over the past ten years at 9pm and said come to bed honey (and she is HOT so I should have) but I was so obsessed with innovation that I didn't listen.  Even when I said I would be 5 more minutes, I would have to crawl in bed hours later because my team in India needed more feedback or hand holding.  Don't get a divorce, don't outsource to India.

Frankly, I never had a good experience outsourcing in a different timezone. Depending on your budget if you've a team less than 10 people, it may not make sense since you'll end up spending that time later. If you're low on budgets, try look into Canada which provides a great option due to SRED & dollar disparity

Language barrier, lack of leadership ( Due to COVID-19 ), they told me they were experts in AWS which they aren’t.

The key is specificity. If you are not able to give clear direction and have frequent checkpoints, things can go awry quickly.
