Overall good engagement and partnership, long-term partnership approach. Areas for improvement would be personalization and sense of urgency when we the customer needed a reaction that they did not align to.
Ensure you are very specific with your requirements and document all agreements made by the Alloga team.
Get the admin out of the way earlier in the project i.e. contract negotiation, KPI's etc.
