    We strongly renegotiated the contract and put more steering in the relationship to make it

    Good service but the price is far too high.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Use people in your organization that has an effective field experience with 3PL. Don't listen to so-called experts.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Do a more precise SLA and a better financial estimate. Make success fees based on efficiency and flexibility.
