    Very good people, they put the customer at the centre

    Overall Comment

    Very good balance of cost efficiency and customer service mindset. But te start-up was a painful one, due to IT breakdown.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Lock in precise commitments/dates with IT testing and then test test test every interface before moving changes to the production system

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    The startup phase would need much more attention and rigour, IT wise they were far from perfect
