    Take the time to engage potential suppliers with full end to end challenges / supply chain setup

    Competitive pricing, easy implementation, missing focus on quality of execution.

    Contracts between us and DSV holds clauses to secure a proactive approach to optimisation. That is not followed up by DSV.

    Assess the operational performance and follow up continuously. Invest resources in governance towards KPI fulfillment

    Greater focus on the stability of the organisation that needs to deliver the service.
