    Good 3PL but needs better account managment

    Panalpina provides excellent global coverage but they lack customer focused dedicated services for large accounts like our company

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    contract sponsor must be from Basel office

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    billing system to be more sophisticated
