Excellent experience. No issues from purchase through training. Just beginning to utilize product so don't have a true support history at this point. To date, Navvia personnel have been very supportive.

An implementation services package was purchased for the engagement. This package included training, consulting, and individual knowledge transfer activities with staff. Our IT professionals were strongly encouraged by the quality of the implementation package and were able to effectively start change management related process mapping activities. The downside of the implementation service was the focus on basic ITIL training in the initial stages of implementation. All of our staff members were already ITIL certified and held advanced ITIL certifications. The lesson learned is to negotiate a reduced implementation package that does not include redundant training for mature staff cultures.
