    Product(s): Process Director

    A very complete tool; tons of bang for the buck.

    Overall Comment

    BP Logix Process Director has proven to be a very robust platform for all our BPM needs. The architecture has allowed us to extend the tool anyway we have needed. The support teams at BP Logix have been fantastic; easy to work with and very knowledgeable. And most importantly, the overall TCO has proven to be very economically viable.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Take the time to fully learn and understand all that the platform has to offer.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Very well architected, tons of functionality built in AND very clean ways to extend it even further.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    We have no dislikes worth mentioning.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Nothing. The procurement, installation, and implementation of the product in terms of the vendor's role was excellent.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Take the time to allow resources to fully train up on the platform. We got a couple hours of training and started building process flows under the gun. A testament to the platform is that we were able to everything we wanted to do but we reinvented the wheel in some cases.

    Support staff are very knowledgable, friendly, and response times are excellent.

    Integration & Deployment - Overall comment

    The platform is extremely extensible so integration has been very straight forward. They have a very complete API if needed.
