    Great product that puts workflows in business partner's hands

    Overall Comment

    Nintex is a great solution that puts workflows in the hands of our business partners. Prior to purchasing nintex this was a purley an IT service.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Make sure to document all the potential current use cases for Nintex, as well as possible solutions moving forward. This way when it comes to cost justifcation you have a clear picture of what your gaining.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Nintex makes workflows really easy for the end user. When you compare this to out of the box SharePoint workflows there is a drastic improvement. Nintex is very much what you see is what you get. This makes designing workflows to handle business process extremely agile.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    At times it seems there is too much on the screen at one time, but really this is is also saying how much funcitonality there is.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    At the beginning we felt a little overwhelmed with everything. But the contact person worked through our questions. If I had to say anything it would be to just continue to help out, and perhaps make more white sheets to explain out the product functionality.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We would have our business partner's part of the initial training / product overview. Just so they have a first hand experience and can bring useful questions to the process.
