Pega sales team, sales support engineering team, and their consultants were quite knowledgeable in the financial industry space and were able to hit the ground running. We did not have to train them on the business problems that we were facing and brought value to the project quickly.

Implementation has taken longer than expected due to nitch skill sets needed to fully deploy capabiiities

Pega vendor was responsive when issues discovered with their product but it seemed to take too long to resolve issues.

Off to a good start with the product. Getting good support from PegaSystems on developing initial End 2 End Value Streams.

Vendor easy to work with. authorised Implementaiton partners have conflicting views on implementation and product functionality. Training and certification seems to provide information to validate engineers but not 100% valuable.

Product is scalable but still requires attention to genral and product best practices such as continous benchmarking, performance tuning, etc. However, Pegasystems has been performing with extremely high volumes in the public sector. Train staff early and look at experienced resources for the initial phase of the implementation. Use the product out of the box, avoid custom tailoring -- you don't really need to but cultural preconceived notions hampers that thinking.
