Salesforce is user friendly and adaption is easy.

I have been a Salesforce "Power User" since 2010. I was an internal trainer for 5 years and now a company internal admin. There is no CRM like Salesforce. I can access it anywhere, anytime from any device. It syncs and adapts with all of my apps and it makes analytics easy with built-in reports and ability to fine tune them.

Although the CRM was selected, the self-training was substantially confusing. Paid training was out of the question because of the expense. It gave me the impression that we were expected to fail.

Works well. Easy to work with and use. Fairly customizable. User adoption could be better. Frequently run out of space.
