Historicaly this solution was implemented thinking that it you reduce costs. I was not present in the company at that time. In fact, it did not reduce the costs as expected, it requires specific expertise and is a chalenge to manage. The company should have loked at a managed Cloud service offer.

Overall, this product serves its purpose and allows our call center to function efficiently. It feels a bit out-dated though.

Great company to work with! Always looking out for what is best for my company. People are great to work with, feel like they really enjoy what they are doing.
