D2L has a strong technical support team.

The relationship early with (then) Desire2Learn was very good. Over the past 10 years, the company has grown very quickly and has not scaled as well as I would have hoped. The once outstanding support has decayed and now, many times, if there are technical issues, we never hear the root cause after it is resolved. Frequently, we are blamed for outages when we have done no changes on our end.

D2L is a great learning Management system with good tools for learners. We have had a 99.9% up time with this vendor. They have good support and we even have a Technical Account Manager that helps us with questions and issues.
