Solid product, reduced remediation time by several days, easy setup and deploy via GPO

The Sales staff has always been top notch even when the deal is done the constant follow up's, in person visits and involvement in the process is unlike any other company I have seen in the field. After implementation, our support engineers have worked off hours, double time to help train/mitigate issues that might have occurred.

Implementation was easy and once it is setup up you can set it and forget it.

Very good product that allows visibility into every endpoint in the company. Helps mitigate cyber risk very quickly and efficiently.

A great addition to our program

There were some bumps during the implementation of the product. The vendor is quite commited to customer success and provided the needed assistance. The user community associated with the product is very informative as well as collaborative.

Does the job but some minor UI improvements would go a long way

Software works great, we've had little no issues with deploying CB agents, strong community that CB actually takes into consideration which isn't something that often happens. Support is quick and friendly, most issues are resolved a few hours after reporting them. I do feel that CB interface could be improved to make things easier to work which I hope to see with future updates.

Great vendor, poor third party/consulting experience

The vendor has a great team of support folks as well as technical account managers who help us derive value from the product. They maintain a very good user exchange online, and are looking to set up more regional, in-person user exchanges to facilitate communications among folks who use the product. This helps people identify new use cases and capabilities.

Incidence Response fast tracked and no significant headcount for achieving ROI.

Easiest tool to deploy. Flexibility in working with our needs. Incident Response reponse time improved from days to minutes. Tool didn't have any complains from our endpoint team and network team regarding performance or roadblocks.

Overall I am happy with this Application. It does what we wanted. It still has some growing to do but all in all, its worth it.

Excellent vendor, Incident Response time saver.

The vendor has provided a product that does what they say it can do. I have weekly interaction with the vendor on status, etc.. Any issues are resolved quickly.
