Business critical support works well. Normal support lacks understanding and communication skills.

Field staff was not up to date on the product, but the software development team worked with us to get Machine Learning features working for our comparison testing in 2016. Product performed on-par with Cylance when comparing Machine Learning threat detection. Endpoint Product is performing well, but the central administrative tool has not been updated in years and is showing its age. No good cloud deployment options, no support for real-time dashboard for Administrative alerts, no mobile tools, and pulling advanced reports from their console is extremely tedious.

Symantec reps came on-site to go over existing setup and recommendations. Technical specialist offered to work with one of our systems administrators to upgrade our solution to version 14 at no cost.
