    Works great for files, can use improvement for large databases

    Overall Comment

    Identity Finder works great for finding individual files. However, for large databases it tends to run into problems where the search will fail or time out.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Have a good idea of what types of files you want to scan before implementation.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    It simply and easily removes sensitive data from your network, with different remediation options available.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    I wish it were more robust for large files and databases.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    There is a new and upgraded product available, however it comes at a significant cost increase. I wish some of the features of the new product would become available without the huge price hike.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We would take more time to check out alternatives, even though this one was provided at relatively low cost to us through a partnership.
