It was a learning curve but we had support from Oracle. We had to go through the multiple sprints to work this out.

The vendor has gaps in support since so many of their quality people have left to join 3rd party implementers. Their licensing is complex and support is a challenge to navigate. The software generally works well and is flexible given our business requirements.

The functionality of the software is a market leader, the technical challengess of the application and the support from the vendor provides a lot of challenges.

FCM is immature and has lots of bugs

From a functional standpoint, the product performed well. However, we ran into performance issues within first 12 months, and unfortunately, the vendor was not able to provide much help pinpointing it.

vendor was not as flixable but the sales person was showing real hardwork to get the contract done

Oracle has been a challenging partner to work with at times. Their focus is on sales with older sales techniques rather than partnering to help identify and implement the solutions we need.

World class product, very expensive, costly to support and maintain.
