    Workiva number one attribute is listening to customers and making changes that customers request.

    Use Workiva - you will gain your life back

    Decreases the time I have to be at work by streamlining our process.

    Revolutionary Tool.

    Implementing Wdesk was the best decision for our group. It has totally revolutionized the way we do our jobs and will only get better from here!

    Implement as soon as you can and be strategic

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    easy to use and Workiva is in tune with customer needs and solicits feedback often

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    More stategy on how to structure our account - we have other groups using the tool and security is an issue for me.

    Product capabilities - overall comment

    There's some functionality and improvements that we would like to see in the system. We have communicated these to our CSM and at TEC. We might not get everything we want, but they are willing to listen.

    Service & support - overall comment

    Top notch support! If our CSM doesn't know the answer, he finds one for us or sends our request to the product team so that they know what the customers are asking for.

    Integration & Deployment - Overall comment

    Time on site was limited but our implementation team was available anytime.

    Easy to set up, great instructions and smart/helpful customer service contact.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Do not delay and give Workiva a shot. Easy to pick up and use and collaborate with other work groups. Saves time and money.

    Very dependable and works well.

    Wish they would show more examples.

    Best decision was to just take the first step and making the purchase.

    Like having additional resources or team to help you get the job done efficiently.

    Service is excellent and product can't grow fast enough.

    Came on-site for process documentation.

    Be more involved with vendor early on.

    Life would be in a dark place without Wdesk!

    Wdesk has greatly improved our work efficiency in SEC reporting and improved our work life. Prior to Wdesk implementation the company used a Microsoft Word to put together their 10Qs and 10K which resulted in version control issues. I literally do not know what we would do without Wdesk!!

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Ask as many questions as possible to your CSM to understand what Wdesk can do for you.

    Makes life so much easier.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Nothing!

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    I didn't find out about Wdesk Day until our second TEC conference.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    I wish we had a Wdesk day when we first implemented Wdesk to understand Wdesk's full capacity when we first started using it.

    Sometimes it takes a while to get requested features.

    Sales team has grown a little too quickly causing some inconsistencies in service.

    My experiences thus far have been good. The application is easy to use and learn. Also, our customer service representative has been really good and super responsive, which is appreciated as Hawaii is typically 3 hours behind PST.

    It's good to know and understand the various services that Workiva has to offer and what will best fit what you're looking for.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    That it's easy to use.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    That sometimes it takes awhile to share changes and that when I want to leverage information from other areas in the workbook I can only create links, I can create formulas.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Nothing.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    I would reconsider how we set up some of our workbooks internally.

    Our customer service rep is amazing. He is super responsive, even though we're typically 3 hours behind. There have been numerous last minute issues that have arisen and he has always been there to help and ensure everything was resolved asap.

    I am a brand new user and I love the software. It is very smart and I love the CSM support model to support me as I learn all the functionality

    Get a plan in place before you begin. Pick and choose what's most important.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    I like that its very comprehensive and links back to accounting guidance.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    No changes thus far - I enjoy working with them!

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Include more teams to streamline the review.
