    Product(s): Fusion Framework System

    Planning, Execution, Control and Real Time Reporting made possible with Fusion Framework!!

    Overall Comment

    We worked with Fusion to get the existing DR plans in to Fusion Framework and the entire implementation was complete in 60 days. We have since developed integrations to multiple systems and developed processes to support most of our objectives. Fusion has continued to help us to move our DR program to a much hight level of maturity.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    DR tools need to integrate with your other systems that handle the CMDB, Ticketing and monitoring for you to get the full value. Ensure that any tool you implement has these abilities. Document plan execution is a thing of the past.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The tool is fleible and the designers really know a lot about planning and execution and it shows up in the product. It is also easy to configure so you can make it easily fit your own processes and data needs.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    It is buil on salesforce so there are a few things that we can not change.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    nothing

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We would spend more time earlier in the project to normalize data and processe with the release management, change management, and monitoring teams. We did not accomplish this till we had been using the software for 4 years. We have this integration and data standards today and it is a huge benifit
