The implementation process was a little slow and laborious, and additional resources were requested which caused for major concern from the management team.

Dealing with AT&T for this implementation was smooth. The entire process took less time than anticipated and there were sufficinent pre and post sales support available to deal with any issues.

Had a rough start due to a mistake by the vendor. Since then the system has stabilized has been able to identify several bad actors.

They are honest, proactive and thorough. AT&T is a little harder to work with early on in the process, but the solution is always solid.

ATT takes a "service first" approach to support at the State of Georgia. They take care of the customer, before worrying about compensation. They also bring a lot of engineering and process competency to all of the services they provide.

Leveraged existing AT&T relationships with account management team. Overall experience and implementation met or exceeded expectations.
