Dealing with AT&T for this implementation was smooth. The entire process took less time than anticipated and there were sufficinent pre and post sales support available to deal with any issues.

Had a rough start due to a mistake by the vendor. Since then the system has stabilized has been able to identify several bad actors.

Leveraged existing AT&T relationships with account management team. Overall experience and implementation met or exceeded expectations.
