Had a rough start due to a mistake by the vendor. Since then the system has stabilized has been able to identify several bad actors.

Leveraged existing AT&T relationships with account management team. Overall experience and implementation met or exceeded expectations.
Ask and learn about the reporting capability. Reports are one piece of the project we experienced issues with and understood how to use the least. Also be sure to test and confirm bandwidth speeds match initial order and expectations.
The ease of implentation (non disruptice), and the cost was very competative.

We experienced issues with the implemetnation of our bandwidth speeds. Speeds that were ordered were not matching real world speeds. Issue took several weeks to resolve.
