There service started out really poor. We had to work with them extensively to build out their SOC processes and it took them about a year to really become effective. They hire some really green analysts that make mistakes. Their toolset improved over the years but there have been some issues with how they write rules and limitations they have. Their inside sales and account teams are attrocious. Constantly fail to follow up and regulalry make mistakes with licensing.

The vendor was committed to implement new technology but didn't meet timing commitments. New functionality planned and promised was not implemented according to the timetable agreed upon. We questioned whether some of the functionality would ever be implemented.

We selected them via RFP and they have met our requirements set out in the RFP. The contract process at the beginning of the relationship was also easy. Some companies are harder to work with than others when it comes to contracts and Solutionary was pretty easy to work with.
